Tabarrini Montefalco Sagrantino Passito 2008
Some sort of rare and charming oenological pearl is created in our Sagrantino Passito. The grapes are laid out to dry on racks for three long months after harvest. The grapes are then pressed to obtain a sweet nectar of dry fruit, chocolate, and spices. The result is a supple and incredibly rich dessert wine with a fleshy complexity.
